You are protected
by our membership in NAME, ADJA, PPGBA, PPA and
by our $1,000,000 liability insurance policy.
As a member of NAME (National Association of Mobile Entertainers), Make Weddings is fully accreddited as a mobile DJ and we also carry our liabliltiy insurance through NAME.
As a member of the ADJA (American Disc Jockey Association) , Make Weddings has the backing of the leading professional DJ organization. In the event of catastrophic occurrences, if we become physically incapacitated, or otherwise are incapacitated, they will find a qualified replacement in time for your wedding. If our equipment is destroyed in a fire, they will immediately replace it with comparable equipment, so that our disaster doesn't become a disaster for you.
You also have the assurance of knowing that Make Weddings is part of an organization that exists primarily in order to educate DJs in the ethical, responsible practice of our profession. The ADJA also provides continuous education for developing our skills.
As a member of the PPGBA (Professional Photogapher's of the greater Bay Area) we adhere to their code of ethics printed here:
- Endeavor to maintain a dignity of manner in their behavior, in the presentation of their photography and photographic services, in their appearance and that of their place of business, and in all other forms of public contact.
- Observe the highest standard of honest in all transactions, avoiding the use of false, confusing, innacurate and misleading terms, descriptions and claims.
- At all times endeavor to produce photographs of a quality equal or superior to the samples they display; to apply their best efforts toward providing the best possible photographic services and to play their part in raising the general standard of photographic craftsmanship.
- Show a friendly spirit of cooperation to their fellow professsional photographers and assist them whenever possible, should they be in trouble or difficulty.
- At all times avoid the use of unfair competitive practices as determined by any court of competent jursidication, the Federal anti-trust laws and related statutes.
- Assist their fellow photographers and share their knowledge with them and encourage them individually and collectively to achieve and maintain the highest standards of quality
