Payment Terms

This is the "fine print" please read it if you have any questions regarding our payment policies.

• All prices are in US dollars and all photography products and services are subject to sales tax currently 8.5%
• Until a retainer has been fully processed your wedding day is not reserved.
• The retainer is for holding a particular date and is non refundable and non transferrable.
• The final payment due date is specified in your contract and is normally 10 days prior to your wedding.
• Cancelled weddings more then 30 days out are subject to loss of retainer.
• Cancelled weddings less than 30 days out are subject to payment in full but may use the final payment for other services at another date or use the full contract amount for services rendered on the original contract date.
• Late payments are subject to a $50 late fee and an additional $50 late fee every 30 days thereafter.
• Bounced Checks and Credit Card Chargebacks are subject to a $50 processing fee in addtion to any late payment fees.
• We reserve the right to terminate any contract after 5 business days if any portion of the payment has not been made in full and/or if any portion of the payment has been revoked via a bounced check or credit card chargeback.
• If we are unable to fulfill our end of the contract and a suitable replacement cannot be found then we will refund all monies including retainer within 5 business days.
• Our liability on any service shall be limited to the total amount paid on the contract.
• Purchase of photograph(s) does not include reproduction or publishing rights. All Copyrights remain property of Mischa Purcell and Make Weddings
